WHAT has happened to the first ultimate winner of StarStruck, Mark Herras?
It’s sad to think that Mark has been losing steam in his career now that newbies like Aljur Abrenica whose team up with Kris Bernal seemed to have replaced his and Jennylyn Mercado’s tandem in terms of popularity and importance.
In the coming days, we will see another batch of GMA’s StarStruck as auditions  kick off on August 16. Currently, Mark is in the States for the GMA Pinoy TV event, but when he comes back, heard that he and Jen will make a new project together.
Will this project push through to save Mark’s career? Just asking…
THE tandem of Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson will be set aside for awhile.
In Gerald’s new series, “Hulihin si Tiagong Akyat: Mga Alamat ni Ramon Revilla†on ABS CBN, he is paired with Erich Gonzales.
This is a new development in the career of both Gerald and Kim since they’ve been known as partners ever since.
Is it time for Kim to also look for her own new screen partner? Just asking…
FOR Ai-Ai delas Alas, her upcoming movie project with former President Joseph Estrada is considered work and nothing more. It will be remembered that Ai-Ai was one of the celebrities who said that Erap should have stepped down when he was President.
And now that time has come for them to face each other, all words have been said but they’re all water under the bridge now.
Ai Ai is so honored now to accept the project because it is such an event to do a project with the former president.
There’s really no permanent enemies but permanent interests.
After working with Erap, will Ai-Ai support him this time in his comeback bid as president? Just asking…
EVEN in the coverage of the wake and funeral of President Cory Aquino, there is still ‘war’ between two big TV networks.
It’s a given that ABS-CBN, will get the most inside stories considering that Kris is with them.
But it’s good to see that with such limited resources, GMA7 still did an excellent job in giving the public a good coverage of the funeral.
ABS-CBN’s coverage of the wake of former president Cory Aquino was occasionally hampered with commercial breaks. GMA Network’s coverage of the same important national event, on the other hand, was continuous and without commercial gaps. It appears the Kapuso channel gave Tita Cory the respects she rightly deserves, albeit the offers from advertisers seeking for slots in its coverage. Did ABS -CBN intend to sell airtime for the said coverage? If so, how can the Lopezes allow this to happen when they owe Tita Cory so much?
Just asking…
